Map the people against the programme
Describe the expected crew pattern and any overlap between trades. Include supervision or other personnel relying on the same facilities. If the programme is provisional, say when the next update is expected.
Explain whether permanent toilets will become unavailable, return to use or remain restricted to occupants. This helps the equipment discussion follow the actual need rather than the overall length of the project.
Flag the space that changes purpose
A proposed location may later become material storage, a work zone or a landscaped area. Identify those changes early and ask how a revised placement would be assessed. Do not assume the original unit can simply be dragged elsewhere.
Provide the person responsible for keeping supplier access open. When site supervision changes, pass on the agreed receiving, servicing and collection instructions.
Close the rental deliberately
Check whether workers still need temporary facilities during snagging or cleanup. Confirm the pickup arrangement before the property’s access procedure changes at handover.
Use this programme-focused guide alongside the equipment-specific construction page. The provider’s proposal should clarify the practical service arrangement; project compliance and site management responsibilities remain with the appropriate parties.
