Describe daily use and changes in attendance
Include overlapping trades and the periods when workers are on the property. Explain whether existing bathrooms are available to contractors or restricted to occupants. A site description is more useful than assuming every project has the same amenity gap.
Review toilet type, accessible needs and washing together. Let the responsible project team establish applicable requirements rather than treating a general product description as a compliance determination.
Give equipment a deliberate location
Coordinate the proposed standing area with material deliveries and vehicle movement. Ask the provider to review the approach and the space needed to position and service the equipment.
If the work sequence will alter the route or take over the area, include that in the enquiry. A position should not be chosen for the first day alone.
Maintain a current site contact
Provide someone who can answer receiving and access questions. Pass the accepted instructions to replacement supervisors and coordinate changes before an agreed service visit is affected.
For Coconut Creek projects, request a written equipment and maintenance scope with dates and collection arrangements. Longer work should be reviewed when the programme changes, not extended informally by assumption.
